Nvidia will provide up to $105 billion in financing for OpenAI's new AI data center in Ohio, with SB Energy building and managing the facility through a 20-year lease. The initial phase will support 4.25 gigawatts of computing capacity with an option to expand to 8 gigawatts total, with capacity coming online in phases starting in 2028.
