Crusoe is turning AI infrastructure into the day’s loudest financial signal. The cloud and compute provider announced a $3.9 billion Series F, lifting its post-money valuation to $30.9 billion. That’s a sharp jump from its roughly year-earlier Series E at a $10 billion valuation—about a tripling in ten months—powered by demand for the sort of high-throughput GPU capacity that turns model training and inference into a line item rather than a gamble. Crusoe says the new capital will back projects such as Abilene and expand its data-center and cloud offerings, with board changes and even IPO discussions on the table.
