1. The service

TLDRocket (tldrocket.com) is a directory and data platform for the AI industry, operated by Brightbluebyte B.V. (trading as TLDRocket). It tracks companies, investors, models, funding rounds, events, rankings and market data compiled from publicly available reporting, newsletters and company announcements, and links every development to the reporting it is based on. Reading the site is free. Companies can claim their profile, and paid listings and funding alerts are available as described in section 4. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Content and copyright

The reporting we link to remains the property of its publisher, and we do not reproduce it: no article text, summaries or retellings of it, and no publishers’ photographs or thumbnails. For each story we show its headline as a link to the original, the publisher and the date, next to facts from our own records — the companies and investors involved, deal terms, events and market data. We honour robots.txt and machine-readable text-and-data-mining reservations; a page that reserves mining is not stored or processed. If you are a rights holder and want an entry removed or changed, or your publication excluded altogether, use the removal request form or write to the address below — it is handled promptly, no legal formalities needed.

3. No warranty

The data on this site — extracted facts, deal terms, rankings, company descriptions and imagery — is compiled automatically with the help of AI models under human oversight, and may contain errors or omissions. The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Nothing here is professional, financial, investment or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always consult the linked original source before relying on any information found here.

Spotted something wrong about you, your company or your reporting? Tell us through the removal request form, linked from every story page and the footer. Corrections are made promptly and without argument.

4. Company claims, paid listings and alerts

Claims. Only someone authorised to act for a company may claim its profile; we verify this through a work e-mail address at the company’s own domain (free-mail addresses are refused), review claims by hand where the company has no verified website, and may ask for more. What you add — description, logo, links, sectors — appears only after our review, marked “From the company”, and we may decline or revert anything inaccurate. By uploading a logo you confirm you may license it to us, and you allow us to show it on the profile and in our listings. We may withdraw a claim that turns out to be unauthorised.

Paid listings and alerts. Paid products are sold by Brightbluebyte B.V. (trading as TLDRocket) with Stripe processing payments and providing checkout and invoicing. The operator is the seller and remains responsible for applicable VAT and sales-tax obligations. Paid placements are labelled as such. Payment does not buy editorial coverage and does not change the facts, rankings or sources we report about any company. If we reject or remove a paid listing, you get a full refund. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel at any time through Billing in your account, using the Stripe customer portal, and access runs to the end of the period already paid. Funding alerts and the CSV data pack are company-level; alerts start only after you confirm your e-mail address, and the CSV is downloaded with a personal link sent to the address you bought it with.

5. Acceptable use

You may read and share links to this site freely. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration area or to another company’s profile, impersonate a company in a claim, disrupt the service, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others. Exports and the API may be used under the terms that come with them.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or from reliance on its content. External links are followed at your own risk.

These terms may change as the site does. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date, and anything that affects what you pay or what happens to your data is announced before it takes effect.

7. Privacy

How data is handled — including claims, payments, alerts and Google user data when a Gmail mailbox is connected — is described in the privacy policy. Our exports, API, paid listings and alerts are company-level and contain no data about individual people.

8. Changes, governing law, contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Contact: contact@tldrocket.com.

Business workspaces and company subscriptions

Research subscriptions provide access to reports, monitoring, team seats and exports within the allowance shown at checkout. The workspace owner manages invitations and billing. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled; access continues through a paid cancellation period. A downgrade may reduce seats, watchlists and exports. Contact us if an allowance or payment appears incorrect.

Company Profile Pro and Featured subscriptions are promotional services. Company submissions are moderated and labelled as company-supplied information. Sponsored placement rotates and does not change independent research or rankings. We do not promise traffic, leads, investment returns or a particular search position.

Workspace names, memberships, watchlists and export usage are stored to provide the service. Watchlist emails go to the verified workspace owner and can be stopped using the link in each email. Team invitations expire after seven days. Demo enquiry details are shared only with the verified company owner after the sender consents; they are retained for up to 180 days. Business access requests are retained for up to 180 days. Request correction or deletion using the contact or removal form.
