ServiceNow AI Control Tower is being positioned as an enterprise AI control platform that can discover and govern AI agents across models and clouds, while a field study challenges how complete its technical runtime enforcement and AI lifecycle evidence are versus other tools. The study was based on interviews with 15 large-enterprise customers conducted from September 15 through September 21, 2026, and ServiceNow also set a full-year AI ACV target of $1.5B. As a result, buyers are urged to treat Control Tower as strongest for governance workflows and operational action, and to verify where model validation evidence and real-time blocking are handled outside ServiceNow.
Susan Dell runs the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation’s $10 billion giving and has concentrated its biggest bets on education, jobs/livelihood, and health, with UT Austin and health research as key priorities. The initiative expands nationwide and supports new UT Austin facilities including an AI-focused medical center and advanced research, plus scholarships, housing, and supercomputing.
Meta’s chief AI officer Alexandr Wang built and scaled the Muse personal AI agent after Mark Zuckerberg sought his advice, culminating in the rollout of Muse Wonder as a “frontier-class” model. Meta expects 2026 capital expenditures of $130 billion to $145 billion, nearly double last year’s $72.2 billion. The effort is driven by recruiting and internal rebuilding focused on getting a model that performs well enough to justify the larger AI spending.
