NVIDIA is working with European governments and retailers to deploy and tailor open AI models, including running them on infrastructure controlled by the customer for “sovereign” or on-prem deployments. Reported efforts include public-sector projects using synthetic datasets and locally governed AI workspaces, and retail deployments using NVIDIA-accelerated models to improve latency and serving costs and support simulations and digital twins.
