New GPT-3 capabilities: Edit & insert

OpenAI released updated versions of GPT-3 and Codex that can edit or insert text within existing documents, expanding beyond their previous completion-only functionality. The models now support two new capabilities: editing arbitrary text passages and inserting content at specified locations within documents. This enables developers to use the models for rewriting, revising, and modifying text in place rather than only generating continuations of prompts.
