Microsoft announced a major Copilot update that adds Autopilot, Code, and a new Copilot Home experience for work. The release expands Autopilot to a private preview at month’s end and puts each Autopilot agent on its own governed Entra identity with a dedicated email and calendar. As a result, developers get enterprise agent infrastructure inside Microsoft 365, including identity/state and IT-governed app runtime boundaries, and agent features like Code and Autopilot shift to usage-based Copilot Credits.
