IBM tied intelligent operations for enterprises to agent safety controls and financial value measurement within an AI Operating Model framework. The company said Infragraph would be available to eligible Terraform customers on a limited basis. It pushes teams to use shared infrastructure context, extend agent oversight into token and financial telemetry, and measure outcomes like speed and business performance instead of only token usage.
