Whop raised $205 million at a $5.1 billion valuation, reversing Sequoia’s earlier pass, with Sequoia leading the round and Doug Leone joining the board. Annualized revenue passed $400 million, up from $60 million at the start of 2025. Whop will use the new capital for global expansion and R&D, including an AI-powered decision engine that uses Whop transaction data.
