How the Claude Code Team Does Code Review

X (formerly Twitter) ● Covered by 2 sources

Claude Code’s team scaled its code review process to handle agent-generated pull requests by automating most of the “reading” and adding multiple automated review layers plus fast rollback and staged rollouts. Between June and September, merged pull requests more than doubled while the share that had to be reverted fell by more than 40 percent. As a result, most changes are reviewed and corrected by Claude before humans are asked to approve, with human attention shifted to higher-risk checks and incident handling.
