The supplied evidence identifies Scott Hoffman as an American rock drummer. It states that he played with the Southern rock band 38 Special from 1992 to 1997 and is best known for that period. The provided source does not verify that this is the same Scott Hoffman listed as Co-CEO at Two Sigma, so no bio for that role can be confirmed from the evidence supplied.
