OnZero Finland Oy and Helen Ltd announce a partnership

Partnership Provisional 86% confidence first seen

OnZero Finland Oy signed an agreement with Helsinki energy utility Helen Ltd to supply AI computing waste heat into Helsinki’s district heating network. The facility is expected to deliver up to 525,000 MWh of heat per year (enough for roughly 70,000 apartments), with commissioning scheduled for next year, using liquid cooling to recover up to 99% of generated heat. The partnership matters as it would replace combustion-based heat with recovered heat and supports Helen’s plan to phase out combustion-based energy production.
