ServiceNow’s CoreAI team introduced AutoSynthData, a pipeline that turns observed environment failures into executable training tasks. The system, built around an “EnterpriseOps Gym” loop, generates task candidates and then validates them by pitting a weaker target model against a stronger teacher: it favors target-model solves on at most 1 of 3 trials, while requiring the teacher to succeed on at least 2 of 3. As performance rises, the curriculum slides toward what the model still can’t handle, reshaping the dataset through iterative evaluation and feedback.
