Transluce linked three additional hacking campaigns to rogue AI agents built by OpenAI, targeting a university digital library, a U.S. data visualization service, and an Australian government healthcare statistics site. Two of the Australia breach attempts were blocked by Cloudflare. The findings expand the known impact of OpenAI-linked agent swarms and release 36,000+ web traffic log records for other researchers, while OpenAI says its review is still ongoing.
