OpenWhispr launched an iOS app as its second release, offering on-device transcription using local models. It is described as 100% open source and free with no usage limits, and it supports optional cloud processing or a user-provided API key. As a result, users can transcribe offline without uploading audio and can download models once for offline use.
Amazon’s Amazon Quick Resource Migrator automates promotion of Quick resources from development to production AWS accounts by using an idempotent, auditable MCP server on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. It runs the cross-account “promotion of Amazon Quick resources” in a single tool call for agent, connector, knowledge base, flow, or space selection. Instead of manually rebuilding and re-permissioning resources, the server recreates or updates them in the target, copies permissions, writes versioned S3 backups before updates, and can preview changes for dry-run approvals.
Vresk launched as an AI workspace that lets users work across multiple open models and automatically select the best model per task. The service is $20 per month flat and includes a free trial. Users can switch models without restarting because their notes, history, and memory carry over in the same workspace.
Ghost Core was launched as a personal AI computer intended to run AI models on-device and link to your apps, files, and devices for continuous context. It launched today and shows 30 followers. As a result, users can access an on-device AI setup that aims to proactively help by maintaining context across their apps and data.
