Mistral released Mistral Large 2, a 123-billion-parameter open-source language model with a 128,000-token context window supporting a dozen languages and 80+ coding languages. The model achieves 84.0% accuracy on the MMLU benchmark and matches the performance of GPT-4o and Claude 3 Opus on code and reasoning tasks. Mistral Large 2 is now available via Mistral's platform and major cloud providers including Google Cloud, Azure, and Amazon Bedrock.
