Anthropic's Claude Opus 5 emerged as the day's dominant story, repositioning the company's pricing strategy around efficiency rather than raw capability. Prentis has already signed $50 million in customer contracts, suggesting enterprises increasingly view workflow automation as AI's most valuable near-term use case. Meanwhile, Jensen Huang's first X post backed open-weight AI models as a strategic necessity, a move that signals NVIDIA's bet on hybrid setups combining proprietary and self-hosted systems.
