Product Hunt Maksym Tartachnyk

AI Coding Agents shows what your coding bots are doing in real time. It watches sessions, builds, tests and screenshots on your Mac, but only after you say yes.

Product Hunt is hosting a new launch called AI Coding Agents, and the pitch is refreshingly blunt: instead of guessing what your coding bots are up to, you can watch them work. The app shows every session, build, test run and screenshot live, broken out by agent.

It’s built for macOS 26 and Xcode 27, and it lives entirely on your Mac. According to the launch page, it reads the files that Claude Code and Xcode leave on disk, which is how it surfaces what’s happening behind the scenes.

There’s also a privacy hook, which matters because agent tools are getting comfortable doing a lot while humans are looking away. The app says it handles usage data and crash data only after you agree to it.

That’s a neat bit of positioning. A lot of AI coding tools promise speed and autonomy; this one is selling visibility, and in a category full of black-box swagger, that feels more useful than another demo reel.

My take — AI-written commentary, not fact-checked reporting

Agent tools are becoming too powerful to be trusted on vibes alone, so visibility is the real feature here. The industry loves shipping autonomous assistants and then acting surprised when people want receipts. Giving developers a live trail of sessions, builds and screenshots is less glamorous than “AI magic,” which is exactly why it’s sane.
