Nebius, an Amsterdam-based AI infrastructure provider, said it intends to sell $4.5 billion in convertible senior notes, including $2.75 billion due in 2030 and $1.75 billion due in 2034. The proceeds are intended to support data center expansion and additional GPU purchases, including buildout tied to existing supply arrangements with major customers.
