Google is preparing to launch its first Project Suncatcher experimental satellite, MVP, on October 1 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9. The satellite will carry four custom TPU AI accelerators and collect data on radiation, thermal stress, and power/performance to evaluate the feasibility of AI data centers in space.
