Emmi joins Mistral to accelerate the AI-native industry

Mistral AI has agreed to acquire Emmi AI, an Austrian physics-focused AI startup, to strengthen its capabilities in engineering and manufacturing applications. Emmi AI employs over 30 researchers and engineers who will join Mistral's teams in May. The combined company aims to build AI agents that can perform real-time simulations and digital twins for industries including aerospace, automotive, and semiconductors.
