Open R1: How to use OlympicCoder locally for coding

Open R1's OlympicCoder 7B model can now be run locally on personal computers using LM Studio and integrated into VS Code through the Continue extension for coding assistance. The 7-billion-parameter variant outperforms Claude 3.5 Sonnet and GPT-4o on LiveCodeBench evaluations. Users gain access to local code completion, generation, explanation, and refactoring without relying on cloud-based services.
