Google is rolling out a personal health coach powered by Gemini models to Fitbit Premium users starting tomorrow, offering personalized guidance on sleep, fitness, and health through adaptive coaching based on individual physiological data. The system uses multi-agent framework architecture with conversational, data science, and domain expert agents, supported by a SHARP evaluation framework involving over 1 million human annotations and 100,000 hours of expert review across medical and fitness specialties. The coach aims to address fragmented health guidance by proactively connecting fitness tracking, nutrition, and behavioral science into a single personalized platform.
