Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH) acquired a 10% stake in dbrains academy GmbH, an AI consulting and training provider. SCCH did not disclose the purchase price. The deal expands SCCH’s technology transfer to include consulting and training while giving dbrains academy direct access to SCCH’s AI research, with joint programs and an AI Education Hub planned to grow as well.
