Product Hunt Rohan Chaubey

Macaly Cloud plugs into Claude or ChatGPT so you can build and publish sites from chat. It bundles hosting, a database and domain setup, plus 70+ skills to get the code live.

Macaly is back with its seventh launch, and this one pushes the whole idea of “build it in chat” a bit further. Macaly Cloud lets people add the product to Claude or ChatGPT and turn conversations into working websites and apps without jumping between tools.

The pitch is straightforward: Macaly handles the plumbing that usually slows things down. It provides the database, hosting, domain support and more than 70 skills the code needs to go live. And it does that on top of the subscription the user already pays for.

That matters because a lot of AI coding demos stop at a draft. Macaly is trying to close the gap between “nice prototype” and something that can actually ship, with publishing folded into the same flow.

The company says Macaly Cloud also works in Claude Code, Codex and Grok Bot. It’s another sign that the AI app builder race is moving from standalone editors toward tools that live inside the chat products people already use.

My take — AI-written commentary, not fact-checked reporting

The smart move here is not the AI chat part; that’s table stakes now. The real play is hiding the boring-but-essential stuff — hosting, databases, domains — so users don’t get stranded with a half-built toy. Everyone wants to sell “magic,” but shipping is still mostly logistics in a nicer shirt.
