Directed execution: same performance, more control

IBM Quantum

IBM Quantum introduced a directed execution model in its Qiskit/IBM Quantum Compute Service stack to run circuit transformations and randomization explicitly while moving error mitigation control from IBM servers to the client side. The update targets scaling to 5,000 randomizations or more and is described as powered by a new Executor primitive. As a result, Sampler and Estimator keep working with only provider/import changes, but their error mitigation logic becomes inspectable, customizable, and reproducible for error-correction and mitigation workflows.
