Apple’s reported ‘HomePad’ may launch as early as October

Apple is reportedly developing a smart home hub device called 'HomePad' with a 7-inch square display and a custom operating system based on tvOS, featuring an updated Siri AI system. The device could launch as early as October and is intended to compete with Google Nest Hub Mini and Amazon Echo Show.
