Zeke Emanuel, also known as Ezekiel Emanuel, is an American oncologist and bioethicist. He is Special Advisor to the Director-General at the World Health Organization, and he is also a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, Vice Provost for Global Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, and chair of Penn’s Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy.
