The available public evidence refers to Alan Leong Kah-kit, a former member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council who represented the Kowloon East geographical constituency. He was also a former chairman of the now-disbanded Civic Party and served as vice-chairperson of the Independent Police Complaints Council. The supplied evidence does not verify that this is the same Alan Leong who is listed as Venture Scout at Alumni Ventures' AI + Blockchain Fund, so no current-role or career-path claims are included.
