Salesforce introduced an Enterprise AI Harness alongside an AI Control Plane intended to help enterprises build and manage AI agents using a shared architecture for context, governance, and security. The company said the unified experience will begin rolling out in early fiscal year 2028, adding centralized monitoring, reliability and data-quality controls, cybersecurity protections, and model routing.
