Nvidia announced the release of the Nemotron 3.5 Lightning mixture-of-experts model along with NeMo Switchyard, an open-source library intended to route between models in AI workflows. The company says Nemotron 3.5 Lightning can generate faster outputs and complete agentic tasks more efficiently, while Switchyard is designed to help enterprises post-train and select the appropriate model for each step of an agent.
