Nordic Capital invests in Trustly
Funding Provisional 90% confidence first seen
Nordic Capital committed more than $40M in equity investment to Swedish fintech Trustly alongside shareholder Alfvén & Didrikson, as part of a capital raise expected to conclude in November 2026. Trustly said it will use the funding to build new AI-leveraging products, and other existing shareholders will be offered the option to participate. The investment matters as it supports Trustly’s planned growth strategy following recent revenue declines and job cuts.
