Infor is introducing AI-powered process automation that embeds industry-specific agents and workflows into its applications, supported by forward-deployed implementation engineers. The company says a 2026.10 release will add security and “scope guardrails” to reduce agent hallucinations, with some actions allowed to proceed autonomously while certain order-moving steps still require human approval.
