Groq announced it raised $350 million to support its shift from an AI chipmaker toward operating GroqCloud, a GPU-based AI infrastructure service. The company plans to expand public cloud capacity from roughly mid-50 megawatts to over 200 megawatts by the next few years, enabling customers to run more AI inference workloads.
