Volta, a newly founded AI cloud infrastructure startup, raised $300 million at a $2.4 billion valuation from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Nvidia, and Michael Dell to finance AI compute capacity. As part of its launch, Volta secured a $10 billion compute deal with Anthropic, leveraging a Norway data center powered by Nvidia processors and developed in partnership with Bitdeer.
