Anthropic expanded its Claude for Startups support program and committed $150 million to the U.S. federal Genesis Mission to fund research deployments

Anthropic announced an expansion of its Claude for Startups program, offering qualifying startups a free year of Claude Team (up to five premium seats) and $1,000 in API credits, along with access to Claude Marketplace and virtual office hours. In a separate announcement, Anthropic committed $150 million over three years to support the U.S. federal Genesis Mission and make Claude, Claude Code, and API credits available to participating agencies and research projects.
