Hugging Face is rebranding its NLP Course as the LLM Course to reflect current AI development, while maintaining existing material on classic NLP tasks like text classification and named entity recognition. The course has expanded to include new chapters on fine-tuning large language models and reasoning models like Deepseek R1, with 100,000 students registering for a recent agents course. The updated platform will incorporate tools beyond Hugging Face's libraries—including LlamaIndex, LangChain, and Unsloth—and will add interactive exercises and live sessions for high-demand topics.
