Crusoe, OpenAI’s Stargate partner, raised $3.9 billion in a Series F that pushes its post-money valuation to $30.9 billion, up from about $10 billion after its roughly year-earlier Series E. The implication is simple: compute is still the scarce input, and data-center scale remains where value concentrates. Crusoe says the cash will fund projects like Abilene and expand its AI data-center and cloud offerings, with board changes and “potential IPO discussions” adding to the sense that this is moving from high-growth story to public-market candidate.
