OpenAI rotated its macOS code signing certificates and updated apps after discovering that Axios developer tools used in its build process had been compromised in a supply chain attack. The company confirmed no user data was accessed or exfiltrated during the incident. OpenAI will continue monitoring for any unusual activity and has adjusted its development infrastructure as a precaution.
