Sempre Health deployed an NLP pipeline built with Hugging Face's Expert Acceleration Program to automatically classify and respond to patient text messages. Since production deployment, the system automatically handles approximately 20% of incoming messages that previously required manual processing by their operations team. This reduces low-value work for staff and improves business scalability.
