Modeling an AI jobs transition

Researchers created a framework that examines 921 occupations representing 148 million U.S. jobs to categorize them by their exposure to automation, reorganization, growth, or stability from AI. The analysis covers the entire U.S. workforce across different sectors and skill levels. The results could inform workforce retraining programs and policy decisions about which industries need support during the AI transition.
