OpenAI Scholars 2019: Meet our Scholars

OpenAI selected eight scholars from 550 applicants for its 2019 Scholars program, representing expertise across disciplines including literature, philosophy, biology, statistics, economics, physics, and business. The acceptance rate was approximately 1.5 percent. The program aims to support researchers from underrepresented backgrounds in AI-related fields.
