Democratic inputs to AI grant program: lessons learned and implementation plans

A grant program funded 10 teams to develop methods and tools for collective governance of AI systems. The initiative produced innovations across different regions and identified practical lessons about implementing democratic approaches to AI oversight. The organizers are now recruiting additional researchers and engineers to expand and continue this governance work.
