OpenAI Scholars 2019: Final projects

OpenAI's second cohort of Scholars program completed their work, with eight participants presenting final projects at a demo day event. The program ran for a full cohort cycle, producing eight distinct projects across the scholars' research areas. Completion of this cohort cycle established a precedent for continuing or expanding the Scholars initiative.
