Alibaba released Qwen-Max-0428, a large instruction-tuned language model that ranks in the top 10 on Chatbot Arena. The model achieved an MT-Bench score of 8.96 compared to 8.88 for the previous largest Qwen1.5-110B-Chat model. The model is now available via Chatbot Arena, Hugging Face Spaces, and DashScope API which supports OpenAI API format compatibility.
