OpenAI released gpt-oss-120B and gpt-oss-20B open-weight reasoning models under Apache 2.0 licensing, now available on Together AI's infrastructure. The 120B model is priced at $0.15 per 1M input tokens and $0.60 per 1M output tokens with 99.9% uptime SLA. Organizations can deploy these models without vendor lock-in, fine-tune for specialized domains, and build commercial applications with full ownership.
