Robutler raises $400K from ZAS Ventures to build the ‘YouTube of software’

Robutler has pulled in $400,000 from ZAS Ventures, a US venture firm that backs AI, SaaS and robotics startups founded by Ukrainians. The money, split across ZAS Ventures’ Fund I and Fund II, is Robutler’s first institutional check.

The company is building a public library of professional-grade apps for documents, presentations, design, video, engineering, whiteboards, project management, music and games. Each app is free to use, and real-time collaboration is built in. Makers can publish apps, let others remix them and get paid when their work is used, including when a remix is built on top of their own.

Founder and CEO Volodymyr Seliuchenko calls it the “YouTube of software.” That’s the right framing, because Robutler is not selling a nicer box for software that already exists. It is trying to change where software comes from, and how the people who build it get paid.

Under the app layer, Robutler has a Web of Agents that lets applications and AI agents find each other and work together in natural language. The platform also connects to outside AI assistants and coding agents, including Claude and Codex. On top of that, the company says it has filed three patent applications covering agent discovery, trust ranking and app-usage attribution for payouts, published TrustFlow research on arXiv, and built two open protocols, Agent OAuth and UAMP, for identity and messaging between agents across organizational boundaries.

ZAS Ventures says that lower layer is what mattered most in the deal. The firm’s founder and managing partner, Andrew Zinchuk, said they led the round because of the discovery, trust and payments layer beneath the apps, which he called a missing piece for the agentic internet. Since 2023, ZAS has backed more than 25 companies across two funds, was named Investor of the Year 2025 by the Ukrainian Startup Fund, and says it is working toward 30 Ukrainian-founded unicorns by 2034.
