Lexroom acquires Praven Intelekt

Lexroom, an Italian legal-tech company, acquired Bulgarian startup Praven Intelekt in full, integrating Praven Intelekt’s AI platform, technology, datasets, and team into Lexroom’s organization. The coverage reports Praven Intelekt’s platform had more than 20,000 registered users and over 900 customers, and notes Lexroom used the acquisition to establish its first foothold in Central and Eastern Europe. Founders and the team of Praven Intelekt are joining Lexroom, with Praven Intelekt’s local Bulgarian legal expertise gradually integrated into Lexroom’s legal AI platform.
