Anthropic and Blackstone launch Ode, a $1.5 billion AI implementation joint venture

Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs launched Ode with Anthropic, a new venture backed by $1.5 billion in funding to provide AI implementation and deployment services to enterprises. The company, which acquired AI services startup Fractional AI as its foundation and currently employs 100 engineers, positions itself to help enterprises move AI projects from pilots to production environments using a Claude-first approach while remaining open to other AI models.
